
2019 was another excellent year for us at Philly Home Investor breaking even more records from the past few years. For the year ending here are some of the results:
Total Properties sold – 55 Properties Closed in 2019 vs 49 in 2018.
Total Real Estate Volume is down to $7.7M from the previous year of $8M but just slightly.
We saw a total of 10 properties push into 2020, so it looks like we are off to a great start.
Out of the 55 properties closed on. It was a combination of single-family homes, Multi-Family, Commercial, Turnkey and Vacant land in and around the Philadelphia region.
